Use a dashboard to...
- Display a collection of charts from a single project or from across a number of projects
- Put the saved dashboard up on any big screens with a browser
- Help a team see their project from different perspectives
- Provide stakeholders with an overview of the project
- Enable the Agile principle of transparency
What the dashboard shows...
- Several charts can be shown next to each other
- Click on the chart to open the original chart
- Typically this will be for a single team - most of the SenseAdapt charts are intended for teams rather than others in the organisation
- For larger programmes you can show the same chart from different teams on one dashboard
- e.g Using the burnup chart from several teams on a programme it can be possible to see the differences in projected completion dates
Setting up a dashboard
- Click add chart and select any of the saved charts
- Add as many charts as you like,
- Although too many charts may mean that it doesn't fit on some of the screens that the dashboard will be viewed on
- Add a name and save the dashboard
